RIP WHITNEY HOUSTON
14 February 2012, 3:07 AM One of the most inspiring singers in the world has just passed away and that is our lovely Whitney Houston. I could never get out of my head the chorus of "I will always love you". Countless of people had tried to do this song justice, regardless, I still preferred the original version. RIP WH. Nonetheless, she's not the reason why I re-visited this space when I'm desperately in need of sleep since I have work tomorrow, but I just saw something on 9gag that really pissed the hell out of me.
Ok maybe I'm making kind of a big deal out of this little joke.
I guess it's sort of accumulated that I TOTALLY NEED A SPACE TO RANT.
Since WH's death, while some respectfully mourn for the loss of this superstar, some just have to use this "opportunity" as another avenue to flame another.
What I've seen on twitter and everywhere is that: Why did God take the life of WH but not JB?
Uhhh... I mean seriously? Come on? Shouldn't you be just focusing on HER LIFE instead of JB, who has totally nothing to do with her death?!
A few months ago, I was listening to the radio and heard the news that another great artiste, Amy Winehouse unfortunately passed away at the age of 27. It was a heartbreaking news, considering how much she had went through when she was alive. Coincidentally, she joined the "27 Club", which was "established" as many musicians had passed away at the age of 27. Here comes the pissifying part: Instead of focusing on AW's death, the DJ went on and commented "On the bright side, JB would be 27 ten years later." What the hell?
Ok fine, I admit that I'm a JB fan because I think that he is cute and his r/s with Selgomez is totally precious.
BUT,
So what if he started out with a voice sounding like a girl? So what if he don't write ALL his songs? So what if he churned out pop songs that don't suit your taste? So what if all the girls are crazy about him? SO WHAT?
Does it give you the right to curse this boy, who is just turning 18 this year, to die?
Ok can.
Ok can. Just to share a comment that was real funny: 50 years later this march, JB would be 68. HAHAHAHAHAHA :'D
And look at this pix, I MEAN COULD PEOPLE GET MORE IRRITATING?
He is just a boy, who is following his dreams, who wants the world to hear his music. Is there anything wrong with that? He is someone's son, someone's brother and someone's friend, could you imagine how heartbroken they would be when they come across pictures of him like that on the internet, just because he FOLLOWED HIS DREAMS? How insensitive can people get?
Let's not talk about the people around him. Let's just talk about him. I mean, he is not even legal yet. He is just a kid. Could you imagine the emotional toll that's on him? People actually want him DEAD.
"A Justin Bieber page on Facebook threatens to kill the singer if he comes to Peru for his concert on October 17. And Beliebers are fighting back with death threats of their own!
Oh no! Justin Bieber has already begun his South American tour but thinks are starting to get scary! Kevin Aragon Otazu created a page on Facebook threatening to kill Justin when he performs in Peru at the National Stadium on October 17. It even has 810 “likes”!
The page’s “about” section says Jose Chavez will step up and give Justin a big push at the National Stadium. The “description” says many spectators will be lined up holding water bottles and eggs (presumably to throw at the Biebs). Then, in capital letters it says Justin Bieber you better not come to Peru, it will be the biggest regret of your life. Seriously. Under products it says “Kill Justin Bieber” candies.
Beliebers have responded in both English and Spanish, and some have even given reciprocal death threats to Kevin, saying they will kill him and make it look like an accident.
Even if the person who made this page was joking, it’s not a laughing matter, although reciprocal death threats are not the answer either. Hopefully Justin will have extra security when he goes to Peru, and will stay safe as he continues to reach his fans around the world."

When a kid in high school is subjected to this treatment, it is deemed as cyber bullying/bullying.
When it is JB, he totally deserves it. HUH?! DAFAG?!?!
Don't get me wrong, although I got all these pictures from 9gag, I'm an avid 9gagger and absolutely adore 9gag's jokes and memes. But this bullying, is getting too far.
Don't complain when his music comes on a radio or a mall. The boy can't help it if some store managers or DJs like his songs. And I really don't find BABY BABY OH more irritating than songs such as STOOM STOOM STOOM STOOM or YOMAMA YOMAMA !#@$!@%$@#@!$@#$. Just grow some balls and walk away, instead of whining at the fact that some people actually really like his songs. BE A MAN/NICE WOMAN AND ACCEPT THAT FACT.
*exhales deeply* Ok I'm getting tired and I'm finally so much less angrier :)
To sum up this very long post that probably nobody will read:
Ya, he may look like a girl (a hot girl) to many.
BUT DEAL WITH IT, HE IS A GUY, NOT GAY AND HAS AN INCREDIBLY HOT GIRLFRIEND.
and a loving brother as well :')
Although ok.... his pants are really too low... |
